YouTube is another form of viral marketing you may wish to take advantage of. If you know anything about video production, you may be able to produce a video about your shop that grabs people’s attention and goes viral. If you cannot create your own video, there are hundreds of people that can for a lot less than you think.

Video is fast becoming the medium of choice on the web and it is important that you take part.

I would class YouTube as slightly less important than either Facebook or Twitter for your marketing, but important nonetheless.
